MARITIME COMPANY of LESVOS S.A., would like to announce the resignation of A. Liagos and S. Kavadias from the company’s Board of Directors.  Mr. A. Liagos holds the position of General Manager of the company and Mr. S. Kavadias holds the position of Legal Counsel for the company.  Following the aforementioned resignations the Board of Directors is comprised of 7 members and the Managing Director also assumes the position of Vice-President of the company.  Furthermore the company would like to inform investors and the responsible authorities that the office of the .Investor Relations and Public Announcements Department has been moved to the following address: 2 Astiggos Str., Piraeus, tel: +30 210 4113722, fax: +30 210 4115017, +30 210 4115018.
