Thirasia is a relatively small island located west of Thira (Santorini), from which it is said that it split up after the eruption of the Thiran Volcano. It's a beautiful island hosting 250 inhabitants, with an architecture not at all disappointing according to the Cycladic standards, and connects with Thira via small boats on a daily basis.
